Uploading Audio
Upload audio clips to play with your alert triggers and overlay widgets.
How to Upload
- Navigate to Upload Assets → Audios in the sidebar
- Click or drag to select an audio file
- Fill in the details:

|---|---|---|
| Name | Yes | A descriptive name for the audio clip |
| Tags | No | Keywords for search and organization |
| Public | No | Make visible to other streamers (default: on) |
| Mature | No | Flag content not suitable for all audiences |
| Loud | No | Warn users that this audio is notably loud |
- Preview the audio with the built-in waveform player
- Click Upload
Supported Formats

After Upload

Public audio assets must be approved before they can be used on streams. You'll see a notification: "Please note this asset must be approved before it can be used on a stream."
- Assets are available in your Library after upload
- The Loud flag helps other users know to adjust their volume before previewing
Tips
- Keep clips short — 10 seconds max, but 2–5 seconds is ideal for alert sounds
- Normalize audio — Ensure consistent volume levels across your clips
- Flag loud audio — Be considerate and mark loud clips so users are warned
